Our winter has been wonderfully mild making it easier to enjoy more of the outdoor venues here as well.&nbsp;There has also&nbsp;been&nbsp;a song-writers forum every Tuesday at Palm Street Pier, which has a great view of the sunset while you get to enjoy some of the local artists playing their own music.
